National Sales Director

Mona Butters joined Mary Kay in March of 1976.
She became a Director in July of 1979.
In January of 1997 she debuted as a National Sales Director.
Mona was the #1 Sales Director in Iowa for 13 years.
When Mona was the #1 Director, Mary Kay Ash came to Des Moines to do a
special guest event, TV interview and be with her family. At that time her sons
were 7, 5 and 2.
In 1984, just 5 years after she debuted as a Director, she was crowned the #1
Sales Director in her division.
Mona has placed in the Top 10 Nationally ten times.
She placed Top 10 in her Seminar affiliation for two consecutive years.
In 1985 and 1986 Mona was the #3 Director in her division.
Mona has been driving a new Pink Cadillac every other year since 1980.
She is currently driving the XLR Convertible and Black Diamond XTS Sedan
as part of her retirement package.
In 1996 she reached the Million Dollar Circle of Excellence.
In 1997 her Unit achieved the 1.1 Million Dollar Unit Club.
She was the first Director in Iowa to accomplish the Million Dollar Unit Club.
She has earned diamond rings totaling 28 carats of diamonds.
Mona also earned 4 luxurious fur coats.
She earned 2 complete professional office sets: computers, copiers, office
furniture, luggage and phones.
She earned a wonderful travel package for her entire family to Blackcomb
Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.
Mona has been in the National Court of Sales and Sharing.
She has earned 11 gold medals.
