GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. Items sold are brand new; items are non-refundable & non-exchangable.
2. Prices stated exclude Postage Fees
3. If any request for exchange, must be due to defects:
(e.g. broken straps/buckles/heels/soles, off-threading)
4. Please note the following below is not valid for exchanges:
Glue Odour
Leather Smell
5. Colours of items are shown as exact as possible.
As every monitors display varies, any of the colours displayed is not guaranteed
accurate.
Thus, we will not be held liable for any discrepancies in sizes and measurements as
provided.
6. In the event where theres any error in display of description or prices
We will inform you soonest possible
Youll be given the option to proceed with the order or cancelling it.
MODE OF COLLECTION:
Option:
1. Self-Collection (Free)
2. Normal or Registered Postage (Charges as below)
If in the event where postage costs as stated below is insufficient, a top-up will be necessary and
payable by customer.
ShoesPlusAvenue will be using Singpost services for delivery of items. Weight limit of 2Kg.
Charges as below:
Normal Postage: $3.00
*ShoesAvenuePlus will not be held liable for any loss mails via Normal Postage*
Registered Postage: $3.00 + $2.25 = $5.25

SHOESPLUSAVENUES SIZING INFORMATION:

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY:
We accept size exchanges if its not of the right fit.
Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving items.
Items can only be exchanged in the same design & model.
Items must be returned in original packaging & unworn; otherwise any exchange of size will be
rejected.
If the requested size in that design has ceased production or out of stock, exchange fees will be
refunded. The duration for size exchange would be 1.5 2 weeeks.
Our exchange fees is as follows (Varies accordingly to weight):
Flats, Sandals, Wedges, Heels: SGD$8.00 - SGD$16.00
Boots: SGD$10.00 - SGD$20.00
For items more than 1KG: SGD$16.00
