BRAINWAVE GENERATOR LICENSE AGREEMENT

BrainWave Generator is distributed as "shareware". This means that
you may use BrainWave Generator for one month to evaluate it. If you
continue to use it after that period, you must register it.
Registration gives you (the licensee) the right to use this version
of BrainWave Generator and its full functionality for personal use
for an unlimited time.
You are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number of
copies of the shareware version of this software. You may not
disassemble, decompose, reverse engineer, or alter any of the files
in the package.
This software may not be commercially distributed, licensed, resold,
or otherwise transferred for any consideration, or reproduced for
any such commercial purposes. This software is provided to the user
"as is", and you, its user, assume all risks when using it.
Noromaa Solutions does not make any warranties, either expressed or
implied with respect to the BrainWave Generator software and/or any
associated materials provided with it, including but not limited to,
any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
and against infringement.

whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury,
property infringement, loss of profits, or interruption
or for any special, consequential or incidental damages

Commercial and clinical use is not covered by this license; for such
uses, a separate commercial/clinical use license must be obtained
from Noromaa Solutions.
AudioStrobe (TM) signaling system has been patented by AudioStrobe
of Germany. The use of AudioStrobe signals for any external data
carrier production, like CD or MiniDisc, must be directly licensed
by AudioStrobe of Germany. Licenses issued by Noromaa Solutions will
not include the right to use AudioStrobe signals in commercial
production.
By installing this software the user implicitly agrees with the
utilization rules described in this file.
This license agreement and all matters arising out or relating to
this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
with Finnish law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
