western) countries investments.
Provides a reason for the government to
improve and reform the markets.
Welcomed foreign investment, not only
domestic ones.

Adopting new policies to increase

competitiveness, increasing investment
(domestic and foreign countries), boosting
human resources development, facilitating
privatization of public companies, etc. due
to liberalization to the market system.
Adapting to Globalization (because it is
a certainty).
Slow, inefficient, and corrupt
government systems cant keep up with
market mechanisms.
Have to face disparities in the civil
society.
