Instruct Internship class for Junior and Senior students working in internships in the Nashville area, which includes acting as
liaison between Trevecca and internship sites, reviewing student resumes and cover letters, teaching on professional behavior
in the workplace
Plan programs relevant to transitioning out of school on topics such as dining etiquette, interview skills, job searching and
networking, as well as the creation of a Senior Resource Guide that contained all career services related material.
Serve as main campus contact for career services, including reviewing individual resumes and offering job search assistance
for all students, alumni and staff, as well as coordinating and hosting Internship and Career Fairs and On Campus Job Fairs.
Coordinated the implementation of online job posting platforms Experience eRecruiting and College Services Online to better
serve off campus employers and students in the posting of and searching for new job opportunities
Represent Trevecca at Nashville Area Career Fairs Consortium made up of 13 area schools who plan an annual career fair to
allow students access to hundreds of employers while job searching, while also serving as Secretary 2013-2015.
Instruct one section of 16 students in the Life, Calling and Purpose (INT1100) first-year experience class using Habitudes
texts, StrengthsFinder and MBTI to orient first-year students to college

Supervised Resident Assistant staff of six undergraduate students, including administrative, discipline and community building
situations.
Coordinated details and logistics of the opening of Maple Hall, a freshmen residence hall in the fall of 2008 as well as directing
the co-ed hall of approximately 250 students, which included programming, judicial cases and facility maintenance.
Served as a member of the on call team for Residence Life, which includes responding to and effectively handling crisis
situations and emergencies on campus.
Served as staff representative on student Conduct Board hearings with students, faculty and judicial coordinator.
Coordinated summer RA training, which included leading Residence Life professional staff in the creating of programs and
schedules, handling logistics, assigning presentation topics and speakers and approving content and marketing of the week
for 90 Resident Assistants and RA alternates.
Served on Faculty Fellows committee composed of Residence Life staff members dedicated to unifying staff and faculty on
campus for the betterment of the student experience.
Served on Week One Committee as Residence Life liaison, assisting Student Affairs staff committee members in planning the
logistics of student leader training for 300 students.
