Talisma is the leading Customer Relationship Management software solutions
provider. Talisma has started in 1998 by Pradeep Singh. Talisma used to be part
of Aditi technologies initially. Later it was spun off from Aditi during 1999 and
established as an independent entity. In 2008 Campus Management acquired
Talisma Corporation Pvt ltd. Talisma has branches across North America and AsiaPacific. Since its first product release in 1998, Talisma has obtained an impressive
global customer base across a variety of vertical markets.
Talisma offers variety of products like Marketing, Sales, Service, Communication
channels, Knowledgebase, Social CRM, Business Intelligence and Mobility.
Recently Talisma announced Intelligent CRM. This CRM will help businesses
engage customers through better predictability and intelligence driven
operations across interactions spanning web, social media and chat channels.
Intelligent CRM has the power to analyse interactions and derive actionable
insights. This means the CRM can adapt itself to changing business needs and
customer preferences for greater flexibility.
Talisma is under the leadership of Jim Milton. He is responsible for leading the
team at Campus Management towards delivering superior Student Information
systems and CRM solutions to higher education institutions globally. Raj
Mruthyunjappa manages operations for Campus Management and is Managing
Director of Talisma Corporation Pvt ltd.
