As a second-year football studies student I have managed to gain invaluable

work-experiences in the football industry. Throughout my experiences I have
gained skills to understand how players develop and learn around the long-term
player development module. I have been a part of a coaching team that has
developed many youth players for academies and centre of excellences in
Premier League and Football League clubs. Moreover, I consider myself as a
student of the game, I am constantly willing to learn more and move forward.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Teamwork
During my time coaching, I have always been working as a part of
a team with many
other coaches. Throughout that time, I have understood
the importance teamwork plays in achieving better results and be open for new
ideas.

Coaching
I am coaching 3-4 times a week and throughout that time I have
worked with players aged 5 to adults. Moreover, I have understood the
importance to mentor and motivate others as well as the importance of guided
discovery as a tool to help them improve.

GENERAL SKILLS
Administration Throughout my time coaching I have had tasks to log players
with monitoring purposes and get them back to my line manager

Adaptability
Coming to study in another country is a great challenge and I
have managed to settle myself and get work-experiences as well as get to know
other cultures
