1 Introduction:
We are the students of BBA. We are going to do our project on Paind day in this
event we arrange stalls and different activities that represent Pind culture. We are
basically targeting Pind culture their idea psyche, their way of living, their food,
their clothes etc. According to us the idea is unique and innovative. We are
determent to do this challenging task. Our university fellows will do getup like a
PAINDU and will represent the PAINDU culture.

Unfortunately, the task might be harder, but through our motivation and skills we will be able to
hold this event successful in Gift University.

2 Objectives and Goals


Our basic objective is to make this event a success and make this a bench mark for
the future students who will continue this as organizers of this event.
Our basic goals attached to this event are as follows;

To earn profit
Represent Paind culture among university students.
Another objective associated for us in this event is to make a profit earning of
22,000 per person to meet our PERSONAL SELLING project objective.

The Basic target audience which we will focus in this event is GIFT University students.

4.1 Marketing Objectives
GBS INTRA LEADERSHIP has designed the following objective of marketing before
developing a comprehensive marketing plan:

Achieve awareness among the target audience by 70 percent within first Month of

Opening Ceremony.
To attract at least 100 Groups Initially (4 Person each Group)
To ensure maximum number of groups by effective marketing.
To ensure at least 10 universities to participate in this event from effective

communication and reference skills to attract universities to participate in it.


To ensure the delivery of services at level promised to the participants.

Place would be Gift University as this event will be held in the Girls Lawn.

Promotion

We will start advertisement of our event before a month through different channels like we use
computer lab whenever a student logs into the computer he or she sees the wallpaper of our Pind
Day.
We will use broachers which we distribute in university, we will use standees in front of entrance
and in girls lawn, and central wall of atrium will be covered by a massive flex.
We will use social media to promote and advertise our event like face book and Gift University
official page and generated the mail to all students using Gmail. Not only this is a cheap form of
communication, it ensures people are notified instantly.
We advertise our event through one of the best way of advertising through word of mouth, telling
people about our event make announcement in different classes.

Price

The entrance fee for the contest would be 1,500 and the shirts and other staff provided to the
contestants would be our price.

4.3 Sale Projection


As per estimation we would gather minimum of 100 groups and the final groups that would be
selected would be in the hands of the jury to decide. We would gather 1, 50500 from the forms
distribution and would gather other from our shirts and different things provided to them.

4.4 Advertising
The marketing plan which we will apply to achieve the expected sales we are going to advertise
through thrilling Advertisement as related to the advertisement of GBS Party.

4.5 Promotion
We will promote our GBS INTRA LEADERSHIP through different advertisement means and
promotion means. We could use different sponsor for the promotion.
There will an amount associated for advertisement and for promotion both through which we can
gain individuals on regular bases.

5 Requirements

Official letter from the universities to invite other universities to participate in this event.
All the necessary assistance we would require from the University management.
Permission to display the advertisement in the University.

6 BUDGET
At initial stage we will make promotion of our Event in university and different universities. Our
advertisement activity will be carried throughout in different universities.
