GRAPHICS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading graphics files from The Pen & Brush you agree to this license. If you do not
agree to the terms below please refrain from downloading or inquire about an extended
license.
This graphics pack may be used for personal and small business projects with the following
restrictions:
Any PRINTED PRODUCTS using these graphics must not exceed 5000 copies per design.
Any LOGOS or BRANDING created using these graphics must not be trademarked.
Any DIGITAL PRODUCTS incorporating these graphics must have them embedded in the
finished product. Transferring graphics in their original, editable form with layers and/or
transparent background is strictly prohibited.
Download is restricted to two computers only, both owned by you, the purchaser of this
license. If your design client is required to download and use the graphics, an additional copy
must be purchased.
These graphics may not be resold as editable graphics (e.g. as design resources like clip art,
digital papers, overlays etc.) even if they are altered or combined with other images.
These graphics may not be sublicensed, redistributed, shared, repackaged or included in any
online or offline archive, shop, or website without the permission of Amy Ellks / The Pen &
Brush.
These graphics may not be shared, given away or used as a freebie in any promotional
capacity.
Except for your right to use these graphics, all other rights are owned and retained by Amy
Ellks / The Pen & Brush. v
This product is provided as-is without any implied or express warranty.
In no event will the author/creator be liable for any damage resulting from the use of these
graphics.
