Thank you for using Photo Clipz! Here
are some guidelines for how our prod­
ucts can be used.
Graphics
All Photo Clipz graphics may be used for per­
sonal or limited, small business commercial
use. In downloading this item, whether it be
graphics or teaching materials, you agree that
you have purchased a single user license
which gives you permission to use the prod­
ucts, but does not give you copyright. You
must abide by the following terms:
Personal Use
You may use these graphics:
• In original documents, including interactive
whiteboard files, that you create for per­
sonal/classroom use, whether used in digital
or printed form. You must credit Photo Clipz
by pasting our credit graphic into your docu­
ment(s) or linking directly to our Teachers Pay
Teachers or website.
• In the creation of a blog template or web­
site for personal use. Please give credit some­
where on your blog or website.
You may not use these graphics:
• In original documents you have created to
distribute for free to the public unless it’s in
a flattened and locked PDF.
• To create a logo for personal use.
• For uploading "as is" to filesharing websites
or services for free distribution, nor can you
“share” them with others via email, bulk mail
sender, or any other digital means.

sites such as Teachers Pay Teachers and
Teacher’s Notebook are not considered
“mass­produced commercial products” and
are excluded from this clause. Please read
the “Digital Commercial Use” policy.
• In the creation of a blog template for resale
or distribution.

or services for free distribution, nor can you
“share” them with others via email, bulk mail
sender, or any other digital means."
• In the creation of editable, commercial­use
digital products to be uploaded to file sharing
websites or services like Weebly, Amazon In­
spire, ProTeacher!, etc. for free distribution.
• To use as a template to trace and make your
own graphics.
Digital Commercial Use
In addition to the general commercial use
rules, please adhere to these additional
terms for selling digital files on sites like
Teachers Pay Teachers, Teacher’s Notebook,
etc.
You may use these graphics:
• To create and distribute both free and paid
digital documents as long as they’re in a
flattened and locked PDF and you give credit
back to Photo Clipz in your product. You must
credit Photo Clipz by pasting our credit
graphic into your document(s) or linking di­
rectly to our Teachers Pay Teachers store or
website.
Teaching Materials
All teaching materials sold by Photo Clipz are
for personal classroom use only and may not
be adapted, re­sold, distributed, or translated
into any other language for re­sale.
You may not remove the graphic credit in any
of our teaching materials.
You may not upload our teaching materials
to file sharing websites or services like Wee­
bly, Amazon Inspire, ProTeacher!, etc. for free
distribution or host them on your classroom
website or district server (even if password
protected).
All Photo Clipz graphics and teaching mate­
rials are protected by U.S. copyright and in­

How to Copy/Paste Our Credit Graphic
from a PDF
1. Select the snapshot tool: Tools >> Select
& Zoom >> Snapshot Tool
2. Click on an area at the top right corner of
the logo and drag the cursor until the whole
logo is highlighted in blue.
3. The selected area will automatically be
copied to your computer’s clipboard. If you
goofed, hit the ESC key and try again.
4. Open the document you’ve made, locate
the area where the graphic is to be dis­
played, and paste it in.

Commercial Use
General Commercial Use
You may not use these graphics:
• For re­sale or free distribution “as is,”
meaning in the form in which you purchased
them in or for re­sale with other clipart sets.
You must add other text and graphics to
your product to make them your own.
• To create large­scale, mass­produced com­
mercial products of over 1,000 copies like
software or retail items on sites like CafePress
or Zazzle which includes, but is not limited to
buttons, shirts, sweaters, mugs, etc. Please
inquire about a large­scale commercial li­
cense for this. Digital file products like lesson
page. You must add other text and graphics
to your ad to make them your own as well as
credit us in your “About” page.
• To create SMARTboard, Mimio, Activboard,
or PowerPoint files for resale so long as they
are inserted into the background and not
able to be lifted. You must add this extra text
at the end of your document: “This docu­
ment was created using licensed graphics
from Photo Clipz. It is a violation of copyright
law to “lift” the graphics for other purposes.
