We need a technical JM with one of your engineers to investigate a fault on site
, which was attended already by a FE and BT and according to our info the DXU wa
s replaced and was found an issue with the cable from BT equipment to our equipm
ent, there is no info that this cable was replaced, please call Anoc with both F
E on site. This is a fault that is going for more than 1 month, don't leave the
site before the fault is repaired. Co-op with BT and with ANOC.
Take with you new cables that connect the BT equipment to ours equipment and a n
ew DXU.
