Tracking Faults:

Finding all the open incidents against MEAS circuits

In Service Reference write: MEAS* to have all BT ref open

To search incidents pending customer response incidents disable the

following options: proactive faults, In RCS validation, cleared.

All the results would be the BT references that are waiting for some
intervention or response from ANOC.

Circuit testing

After the test is finished click over the test outcome detail ref to check
diagnosis details

If you put cursor over the results, inside the red box, you will get a
description about what failed our passed on each test, for cell and switch
end diagnostics.
Example - put cursor over the result from: Cell network port status check ->
Pass(inside the red box) : new box will open with detailed information
