Policy Evaluation

Policy evaluation is conducted for checking the effects of the policies and
for evaluating the policies in terms of necessity, efficiency, validity, etc. to
improve the planning and implementation process. So from we can say
that it is vital for organizers to establish policies and check whether it is
really needed throughout the project implementation. For our project
these are as follows:

Every action must be consulted first to the instructor or the team

leader so that the implementation will be done in accordance
with the desired goal.
Time schedule should be followed for easy project execution.
Sudden changes in the activity should be made known by the
instructor or head.
Safety of everybody is a necessity. Actions must not lead to perils
of the group or the participants.
Everyone has their own duties, so it is a must that they should do
it as assigned.
As much as possible, avoid wasting resources (time, money. Etc.).

These policies will help in easy execution of the project and will keep
everybody productive. Through these policies, I believe that goals of the
activity will be achieved. Preparing policies also help in maintaining the
project flowing without constraints.
