SUMMARY
A senior in nutrition and food science in Louisiana State University's (LSU) College of
Agriculture. After completing undergraduate education aspires to attend graduate school
and pursue a PhD. Primary interest in clinical and behavioral nutrition with a theme of
science for intervention.
A keen interest in discovering triggers of chronic disease through innovative interventions
that improve human health across lifespan. Secondary interest in the impact of dietary
patterns established in childhood on obesity and chronic disease risk as well as efficacy of
community, health care, and public policy strategies to reduce risks.
Successful at translating complex ideas into simple, direct and persuasive messages for
diverse audiences. Ability to thrive in a demanding team or solo driven environment
requiring a high degree of deadline-dependent productivity, commitment, adaptability,
initiative, and follow-through. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering
quality results.
