Description: City owned Oak Tree needs to be trimmed. Tangled in electrical wires, large overgrown branch hanging
into the street, too low for street sweeper to get under so the City has not been able to clear the gutter in months and
months. The tree is leaning on the house that I am renting and it is a city owned tree. The overgrowth is also
contributing to the rat problem in the neighborhood.
