Applications are invited from suitably qualified Academicians to fill vacancies as
Professors, Associate Professors, Senior Lecturers, Lecturers and Assistant
Lecturers.
An application letter accompanied with CV, relevant certificates, testimonials and names of at

Kiswahili-Linguistics, Educational Psychology, Sociology of Education, Educational
Management and Administration
Faculty of Law and Shariah
Law, Shariah

Entry qualification and Experience:

Professors, Associate Professors, Senior Lecturers and Lecturers.
They should be holders of PhD, Masters Degrees of GPA 4.0 or B + and a first degree of GPA 3.5
or above with requisite experience for each category as required by Universities.

For Assistant Lecturers

They should be holders of Masters degrees of GPA 4.0 or B + and a bachelors degree of GPA 3.5
or above with requisite experience as required by Universities.

Job Specification/Duties and Responsibilities:

All these are academic jobs they involve teaching and learning process, Research and
Consultancy and service to the community. The higher the post the more the responsibilities
and skills needed for that post.

Age Limit:
There is no age limit. Retired academicians and those who will retire soon are
eligible for consideration.
