Preliminary Contestant 2015 Contract

To be a contestant in Miss. International Florida F.I. Pageant Preliminary you must meet the following
requirements:

Must be born a male.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to travel without any legal restrictions.
Must not have any pending charges which may result in incarceration,
probation or any legal restrictions from fulfilling your reign as Miss.
International Florida F.I.
Must not be a Post Operational Transsexual.
Must not have any public porn.

Entry Fee:

Entry Fee must be paid before reservation is guaranteed.

Early Entry fee paid by February 15, 2015 will be $100.
Entry Fee after February 15, 2015 will be $150.
**Non-Refundable**

** Contestant are allowed (1) helper in dressing room. Unless preapproved and
arranged by Director/Promoter of Miss. International Florida F.I. Preliminary Pageant.

Contestants must come prepared

to compete in the following
categories:
1. Presentation (contestants attire must represent Art Decos Roaring 20s)

Art Deco is decorative style of the 1920s characterized by bold

geometric shape and strong colors. Modern styles of Art Deco are
acceptable in a 20s style. For more descriptive information of Roaring
20s Art Deco, please feel free to visit

description. This will give contestants a feel for the style, design, era,
etc... Feel free to use any other source(s) that may help you in your
quest.

offending remarks towards other contestant(s) or organization(s).

2. Talent
Talent will be a maximum of 7 minutes. You will be allotted 1
minutes (90 seconds) to set up and 1 minutes (90 second) to
breakdown props. Violators will receive deduction from their score.
Contestants and their stagehands are not to touch or handle any
equipment(s) or props that do not belong to them. Violators will receive
deduction from their score or elimination from the competition.
Contestants music/graphics should be placed on a medium of their
choice (CD, DVD, or Memory Stick). If a CD or DVD is used it must be in
a new condition. Scratched, cracked or damaged CDs or DVDs will be
not allowed (Points can be deducted from contestants score for noncompliance). All mediums must be clearly labeled with your Name.
Music/Graphics must be listed by category on which ever medium the
contestant chooses to use. Only one medium will be accepted per
contestant.

No water, fire, pyrotechnics or livestock will be allowed. Trained
domestic animal(s) are allowed.

In the event of a tie an additional category (Questions and Answer) will be used to
determine the winner.

In the event of an entry of more than 10 girls a Top 5 for questions and
answer will be used as a final category.

POINTS DEDUCTIONS and ELIMINATION:

Points will be deducted for the following:

Tardiness (this includes rehearsal, roll call and all categories).

Defective CD/DVD or Memory Stick.
Exceeding time Allowed.
Inappropriate behavior.
Touching another contestants items.
Unapproved person(s) in Dressing Room, Backstage or Onstage.

You may be eliminated for:

Tampering with another

contestants belongings in dressing
room or on stage.
Rude acts such as harassments,
sexual acts, acts or threats of
violence.
Damage or destruction of facility.
Disrespect of any type to The Ritz
Staff, Miss. International Florida F.I.
Committee and Staff, Former
Queens, Entertainers or other
contestants.
Damage or Destruction of anyone
personal property (this extends to
the parking lot).

Use of illegal drugs on premises.

Smoking in facility.
False statements on registration.
Defamation of any Gay Pageantry
Systems.
Defamation or any direct offensive
remarks towards any contestants.
Not adhering to backstage rules
and courtesy.
Not in compliance with legal
requirements of Miss. International
Florida F.I. Pageantry System.

Additional requirements:

All award winning contestants are required to stay after the show for Photo
Shoots. Failure to comply will result in forfeit of winnings and may be subject
to rejection of future entry into any Miss. International Florida F.I. pageants or
events.
All contestants are required to maintain a professional attitude onstage.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in forfeit of winnings as
well as rejections of future entry to any Miss. International Florida F.I.
pageants or events.

Additional request:

In order to ensure that the contestants production is up to their best quality

standards and to ensure that the pageant runs smoothly, the following will
need to be provided:

1. If props are used please advise in which category.

2. If have any projection of special graphic or effect should be needed please
make sure its on a Memory Stick or CD/DVD.
**No scratched CD/DVDs. This is your responsibly and points will be
deducted for defective equipment**

3. If Contestant is using their own music in each category, Please advise us of

the categories and ensure that the CD/DVD or Memory Stick is labeled
properly.
4. If Contestant is not using their own music in Presentation or Evening Gown
Please advise us so that we can make the necessary arrangements
5. If contestant needs special lighting to be arranged, they will need to make
those arrangements with our stage manager at The Ritz Theater. Please
inform us if assistance will be needed with the timed lighting feature so we
can set up an appropriate time for the contestant to meet with the Stage
Manager.
6. Please advise us if entry to the stage from more than one direction will be
needed?

****PLEASE NOTE: Basic set up: you will enter from Stage Right and Exit
Stage Left. Alterations will be made upon request****

7. Please advise if special accommodations such as handicap assistance, etc.

will be needed.

 Winners Agreements

I acknowledge by signing this agreement I,

______________________________________________ have read and acknowledged the
policies and requirements of Miss International Florida F.I. I agree to fulfill my reign as
Miss. International Florida F.I. by adhering to bookings set by Miss. International
Florida F.I. I agree that I will work to represent, promote and build this system as
Queen of Miss. International Florida F.I. I acknowledge the night of crowning I will
receive $1000 and after completing my reign I will receive the remaining $200 of my
winnings. In the event that I am unsuccessful at completing my duties the night of
crowning the New Miss. International Florida F.I., I will forfeit my final winnings of
$200 and any arrangements, gifts, reward, prizes and bookings. I agree I will show up
on time to bookings and represent Miss. International Florida F.I. I agree, if I am
dethrone I will return up to 100% of my winnings, the crown, the scepter and sash to
Miss. International Florida F.I. appointed committee member. I agree that all Items
received from Miss. International Florida F.I. will be returned in undamaged condition.
I agree that if the items received are damaged, I will be fully responsible for repair or
replacement. I agree that in the event that I receive sponsorship from Miss.
International Florida F.I. and I am dethroned due to violation of agreement on my
part, I will reimburse Miss. International Florida F.I. 100% of the funding received. I
also acknowledge that I may still be dethroned as Miss. International Florida F.I. up to
the moment a new Miss. International Florida F.I. is crowned. As Miss. International
Florida F.I., I agree not to enter any Newcomer pageants during my reign. I agree not
to enter into the porn industry. I agree that I will keep a clean criminal record during
my reign as Miss. International Florida F.I.

I agree if I, ______________________________________________, place as 1st Alternate I will

abide by the agreements, policies and requirements stated above. I agree that in the
event the reigning queen is not able to fulfill their reign as Miss. International Florida,
I will take on the title of Miss. International Florida and complete the reign up until a
new Miss. International Florida is crowned. I acknowledge that I will be compensated
for obtaining and completing the title of Miss. International Florida.

I agree if I, ______________________________________________, place as 2nd Alternate I will

abide by the agreements, policies and requirements stated above. I agree that in the
event the reigning queen and the 1st Alternate are not able to fulfill their reign as
Miss. International Florida, I will take on the title of Miss. International Florida and
complete the reign up until a new Miss. International Florida is crowned. I
acknowledge that I will be compensated for obtaining and completing the title of
Miss. International Florida.
