Plain Film / KUB / BNO :

There is suggestion of multiple calcified opacity in the right and left side
Lumbal 1 to 4 zone . This measures about 4 mm by 6 mm in size.
There is Right kidney is enlarged to left kidney.
Osteophyt are seen in end plate Lumbal spine
No others area of significant abnormality seen in the abdomen.
IVP :
Excretion time of both kidney within normal limits.
Multiple calcified opacity are seen in the upper and lower calyces right and
left kidney.
There is suggestion of Cystic lession are seen in the lower pole of right
kidney with also marked compression on the lower pole of calyces.
No other areas of ignificant abnormality seen in the right left ureter and
urinary bladder.
IMPRESSION :
Multiple calcified opacity right and left upper and lower calyces suggestion
multiple renal stones.
The possibilities cystic lession in the lower pole of lower kidney.
The renal function of both kidney within normal limits.
