Clinical diagnosis : Post liver transplant with abnormal liver panels

Axial coronal T2-FSE, post contrast axial-coronal FSPGR, axial-coronal M3D/TOF

continued with MRCP-SS FSE.

-Hepar : The liver is normally positioned and has normal size and smooth borders. Its
internal structure is normal, with no focal abnormalities of signal intensity.
Portal Vein dan Hepatic Vein appear normal.

MRCP :
- The intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts appear smooth and regular without
significant variations on their calibers, except on the biliary anastomosis side
(choledochojejunostomy) which is not clearly visible. There is no dilatation on the
proximal of biliary anastomosis.
- There is no asignal lession and irreguler filling defect on the intraductal biliary
- The pancreas is normal in size and position. The head, body and tail of the organ have
smooth, lobulated outer contours and normal internal structure. The pancreatic duct is
not obstructed.
- Major vessels and the paraaortic region appear normal, with no evidence of
lymphadenopathy

Conclusion:

-There is no evidence of dilatation or lession in intrahepatal and extrahepatal

biliary ducts.
-On this MRCP the biliary anastomosis side (choledochojejunostomy) is not
clearly visible ,the possibility of stenosis cannot be excluded.
