Washington, DC (January 15, 2010)—As Haiti continues to cope with the after effects of its worst
earthquake in 200 years, a growing list of InterAction member organizations are working to provide
humanitarian assistance in the country. To date, 1,500 aid workers are in Haiti and organizations have
committed and raised a combined total of $100 million to support relief efforts.
InterAction continues to coordinate with these member organizations— many with decades of
experience working within Haiti—to provide up-to-date information about who is responding to the
crisis and how.
