Sub: Permission for running a tuition Center at Digiana Jammu.
Sir,
With due respect, It is submitted that I want to establish a tuition
Centre under the name and Style of Acme Center of Education at
Digiana under the over all supervision of Ranbir Memorial
Educational and welfare Trust Kirpalpur Jammu. The entire
requirement regulations contained in Government Order No. 435Edu of 2010 date 30-4-2010 and Mandatory for running a tuition
center has been fulfilled.
Further
1. The tuition Center is to be established in a noise free area.
2. The monthly fee will be displayed on the notice board.
3. I will provide separate drinking water and toilet facilities for both
boys and girls.
4. That I have provided electricity and comfortable seating
arrangement to the candidates in tuition.
5. That I will make heating and cooling arrangement for the
students.
6. That I have appointed qualified and experienced teachers as the
requirement for coaching the students enrolled in the tuition center.
The Site plan/map is also enclosed. The detailed particular of faculty
member including their qualification and experience has been
enclosed.
It also undertake to fulfill all other terms and conditions mentioned
in the above said SRO/Govt. order issued to the effect.
It is therefore requested that the necessary permission to establish
the tuition center under the name and style of Acme Center of
Education at Digiana be granted in my favour at the earliest.
