Abstract
The purposes of this study were to attitude and problem of users to pay for counter service Case
study Watsing Community Bang Phlat Bangkok. The Samples of this study were 50 persons with General users
Watsing Community Bang Phlat Bangkok by convenience sampling. Questionnaires were used of collect data
from five rating significantly at .05 level. Statistical tools such as percentage, average, hypothesis testing of

samples, t-test, one way anova. The result of study revealed that the study showed that inoverall attitude of
users to pay for counter service Case study Watsing Community Bang Phlat Bangkok at a good level (
=.3.50) and regarding to each aspect it ware found the attitudes on the services was at good level (
=.3.75).the personnel was at good level ( =.3.55) and the facility was at medium level ( =.3.19).
