Abstract
Nowadays royal foods take vital role in all functions.
In it, CASHEW NUT is major one for making sweets
and something else. But, cashew nut is costlier one
which involves many steps before packing. Important
step in cultivation is peeling of cashew nut from its
shell. Peeling is a complicated process.
Besides, time consumption is a major drawback. Our
aim is to provide a semi-automatic machine for small
scale industries. Fully automated machine are too
much expensive and not desired by small scale
industries.

SOLUTION
Taking the above problems, we designed and modeled
multi nut peeler machine which also contains of
holding table.
In our model machine, at the same time 10 nuts can
be peeled by one stroke, and holding job can do
easily. In the image,

INTRODUCTION
Cashew nut has (30*25) millimeter height and width
in approximately. Typically, the peeling of cashew nut
from its shell contains three jobs,
holding the nut
cutting the outer edge of nut
tilting the cut shell.
In current method, the holding process is manually
done by labor and it may cause injuries in hands. In
addition to that, for one stroke, only
nut could peel. Next to this problem, production rate is
low. This is another one factor for cashew nut price.

REQUIRREMENTS
In order to solve the above issues, we need two things
holding table
Mass production
In addition to that, safety is need one.

Mass production machine

In this machine, there are two levers are there

for cutting and peeling. In lever 1 motion nut will cut
and second lever stroke nut will be peeled.
