1. Overview:
Safe Insurers is a company dealing in securities, bonds and collaterals.
Till recently, they had specialized only in insurance. An extensive survey was
conducted by the company and they found collaterals to be a lucrative market
trend. This prompted the management to start a new division specializing in
collaterals. As they expected, they had found a large group of willing
customers but had a problem that most preferred to do their transactions,
view status online.
Since it was considered by the management as a step to their organizational
growth, they contacted ASK consultants to do the online management system
for the collaterals.
2. Requirements:
You should create a main page with Login Id and Password. Check for the
different roles and restrict access to the roles defined under to perform the
specified operations. (I.e. User cannot Modify/Delete values.).User types are
Admin and User.
Read the requirements carefully; Use appropriate fields and normalize the
database if necessary.

Add Collateral, Modify Collateral and Delete Collateral. Put them on a single
page.
Modification is allowed with in the Maturity Date (if present).

Deletion of Collateral is allowed after lapse of Maturity Date.

Collateral Type (Bonds, Gold, and House etc) is preloaded (Static Table).
Valuation Method (O Original, M Market, A Appraised) is preloaded
(Static Table).
Display List of Collaterals with Collateral type, valuation method, purchase
date and maturity date.( using a stored procedure)
a) Valuation Method (O) collateral data should display in Red
color, Valuation Method (M) collateral data should display in
Blue color and Valuation Method (A) collateral data should
display in green color.
