Displays monthly attendance hours by participant and averages per participant by program for a specified month (must
enter month number when prompted).

Shows counts of participants who attended each school year

program day, by program, and average daily attendance
hours for specified time period.

Demographics
Reports

Lists all participants with school year attendance, showing

who was present for each day within specified time period.
Also provides total number of participants present on each
day and total number of days attended for each participant.
Shows number of open days, most recent slot level, total
number of participants who have attended program, average
number of days attended per participant, average number of
participants per day, and average youth total hours, and
summarizes these for all programs by model, for a specified
time period. Includes bar graphs.
Provides tables and charts describing participant population
by various demographic fields, including age, grade, gender,
race, ethnicity, school, and zip code. Also includes graphs
showing participant enrollments and dismissals.
