Demonstrate effective oral and written communication in
working with individuals, families, groups, organizations,
communities, and colleagues.
Example: Attended Anger Management group, had to
express triggers and how I deal. Also, dealt with personal
reflection when observed male juvenile using inappropriate
language toward his mother on the phone over her coming
to pick him up on time for his week end pass.
