Communicated on a daily basis with volunteers, 4-H families, county commissioners, and fair
board members.
Held meetings with the 4-H ambassadors.
Monthly radio talks with the local radio station promoting 4-H to the public.
Planned summer camps for children to learn about agriculture.

Work with family raising beef cattle by feeding, cleaning out pens, and bedding.
Maintain mowing on the farm site as well as the bin site.
Help with the fall and spring fieldwork. In spring I would be responsible for bringing seed to the
field and filling the planter, while in the fall I would plow the field.

Worked as team members to design and plant flowers in Sibley Park.
Helped maintain flowerbeds and shrubs downtown and all city parks in Mankato.
Helped promote the City of Mankato to be a clean and welcoming town.
