First: The Gelatin plates are placed in a container with cold water.

Second: Wash and crush strawberries with the lemon juice.


Third: Make a syrup with sugar and water. And dissolve in the drained
gelatine.
Fourth: Add the strawberry puree to the syrup. Stir continuously and
refrigerate.
Fifth: Beat cream
Sixth: Add the cream to the preparation of strawberries and stir.
Seventh: Fill the molds and refrigerate.
Eight: Unmold and make the presentation of the dessert.
