Due a multiple errors within the company how the problem in manufacture process in the
smartphones (overheating after one overcharging in our smart phone) and the loss of the
one of the most loyal clients by communications problems.
We have decided that to resolve these problems, the next strategies are going implement:
The first solution by the low performance in the cell phone will be replaced all of the
pieces with problems without cost.
The heads of each department must use a same system, and every day they put their
information about the tasks and sales needed to be resumed soon.
