1. Students work in small groups, each with one
smartphone or QR code reader
2. They walk around the room to the different QR
codes and scan each
3. They take up to 5 minutes to analyze the text
provided by the scanning of each code
4. Students work together to arrange the story in
the correct chronological order
5. Students share their experiences and what
clues they used to determine the correct order
6. Students enjoy the tale of The Tortoise and the
Hare!
Assess students ability to understand story
content and arrange modules in correct order.
Further evaluation can be determined by
corresponding homework assignment wherein
students individually write paragraph detailing
story content and meaning.
