Before the Court is the parties Third Joint Petition for Stay of Proceedings (Docket No.
21). Having carefully considered the record and otherwise being fully advised:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the proceedings in this matter will be stayed until

February 27, 2015, at which time Defendants response to Plaintiffs Complaint will be due.
This being the third stay, no additional stays will be granted.
Under separate notice, the Court will also be setting a Scheduling Conference for early
March 2015.
