crush 8 to 14 woolly morning glory elephant creeper or baby woodrose seeds

or yellow morning glory on a cutting board

cut up lemons and limes
squeeze lemon and lime juice in a glass
place crushed seeds in the natural citric acid the lemon juice
the yellow paste in the core of the seed is the good stuf
outer cores of seed will soften in the lemon juice
let soak
later add ice water
