Sir,
Despite Media hype on the above mission to our surrounding
for good health and eradicate disease-epidemics under National
Health Mission, it seen that there is no effect in our own city.

The Civil Station Occupied by State Govt Officers and
Employees in Family Accomodation area surrounding are as dirty
as ever before.

Similarly Model Town Area of Phase-I, II and III known to be
posh locality and approach road to the Military Station is stuffed
with Slum over the last 5-6 years is the dirtiest spot of urban
Estate.

The Civil Station and the Model Town area should be Trend
setter for Hygiene and Sanitation But despite BDA, MCB,
Improvement Trust functioning with PUDA zonal office, there is
nothing like urban Living for good health and education. Even
Some Villages are cleaner and greener than Bathinda city- Known
to be the Capital of Malwa Region and despite politically heavy
weights at the helm of all affairs for development works.
5.
It will be better to employ an Agency out sources to clean
civil Station and other areas to set trends for sanitation. Request
for need full actions by concerned officials.
