Dear Students,

If you are planning to perform Hajj this year 1435 H, you have to be sure of the
following:
A. Arrange an agreement with a certified Hajj agency. (it is your responsibilit
y to check the legitimacy of the agency by checking the Ministry of Hajj website
or call them).
B. Get the approval form for Hajj from the agency and bring it to passport offi
ce at KFUPM to be stamped & certified (if necessary).
C. Obtain Hajj permit from the agency before you leave to Makkah.
D. Do the necessary vaccinations before leaving to perform Hajj (for your own s
afety & others).
Warning: you have to go through the legal channels and avoid going through ille
gal ways. So that you don t subject yourself to government sanctions that could go
up to immediate deportation from the country and termination from your academic
program with the university.
