This is an interview with Miep, her fathers friend. She visited and helped the members of the
annex many times while they were hidden in the annex. She was also the person who found
Anne's diary and gave it to Otto who shared it with the world.

This is a video of Miep, Miep was one of the dutch people who helped hide the Frank's. In this
video she is talking about the arrest. She states how no one was expecting for that to happen.

family were hiding during the war. This helps us visualize where The Frank's were during this

because it gives us a vaster perspective of individuals hidden away during the Holocaust.

This is a novel that is told from the perspective of Anne's friend Eva. Eva and Anne were friends
before they were sent off to the concentration camps. Eva and her mother struggled in the camp
daily. This helps us with our project because it allows us to see what someone else's experience
with Anne was like.

had happened to them and the events they endured. This is helpful for our project because we can
see what other people had endured during the Holocaust.

Weissova, Helga. Helga's Diary: A Young Girl's Account of Life in a Concentration Camp. Print.
This novel was written during the Holocaust by a young girl named Helga. Helga and her family
were placed into the concentration camps. She was one of 100 people who survived in her camp.
This helps us with our project because it enables us to see what another young girls life was like
during the Holocaust.

This website talks about Adolf Hitler's life. It states how he had a rough childhood and was not a
very good child. It also states how he came to power and that his plan was to rid the world of
jews. It also shows us how he changed the world forever. This website is helpful for our project
because we can gather background information on the man who started the war and the reason
why Anne and her family had to be hidden in the annex.

Night is a book written by Ellie Wiesel. He survived the holocaust. In the book Ellie endures
many things and grows up very quickly. This is helpful to our project because it allows us to see
what life was like during the Holocaust and the camps from a young boy's point of view.
