Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to you to complain about the computers that we bought from your company last week.
As representative of our company, it is my duty to inform you that the quality of the products you
sold us is not according to standard.
We purchased 20 computers that you advertised as being extremely fast and reliable, as well as
accompanied by software and installation service. Upon starting to operate them, we discovered
that, in fact, they are quite slow and that the advertised kits do not exist.
Furthermore, we called your company to ask for assistance, and a certain Mr. Johnson who spoke to
us was extremely unhelpful, even rude, and informed us that we would have to pay for the services
that you advertised as being free of charge.
You must admit that this is unacceptable, and, as a result, please ensure that we are offered reliable
computers in return for the ones you sold us, as well as the promised software and service. If you do
not comply, we will be forced to take legal action.
