Steps to be followed by Candidate while photo Uploading

1. Candidate will fill the required Details in the form and then click on Upload image to Upload
his image .
2. Page will be redirected to the Instruction Page , where candidate can :
a) Candidate can View Sample Image , format in which photo must be uploaded.
b) Candidate can also View Photo Template , must take print out of the same and affix the
photo & Signature on the position as mentioned in the template.
c) The prepared attachment must be scanned & saved at some known location in system
Reminder : Scanned attachment must only be saved in .jpg format.
d) Scanned attachment must not be greater than 200KB.

3. Now one must click on Upload image which will make him to Browse for the location where
attachment is saved.

4. On selecting the image one can make use of the crop utility to assemble the attachment in the
format given .

5. After cropping the attachment one should save the image & after saving must check the
declarations for image & signature.

6. Continue with the form.

Suggestion : In cropping window two images must be there , as one browse and how the parts in
cropped image should be ! Must there be Displayed as static in other Block.
