Transformational leadership of Ho Chi Minh

Developing the visionAs a nationalist, Nguyen always resisted the French rule and
was always the committed nationalist who was willing to fight
for the independence of his country. Even when he was
studying in France, Ho Chi Minh spread books about
Vietnamese history and was eventually expelled. His vision
was, ultimately, to have the French removed from Vietnamese.
Selling the visionWhen living in France during 1919-1923, Ho Chi Minh embraced
communism and petitioned for the recognition of civil rights for
the Vietnamese people in French-occupied Vietnam to the
western countries during the Versailles peace talks. Also, Ho Chi
Minh also petitioned to the American president at that time to
remove the French government. Both requests were however,
refused.
