Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Program


Completing fifth year of operation
Serving the 13 districts in the Sacramento County and Capital Region, as well
as private, parochial and charter schools
Licensed Satellite Programs in Shasta COE (2012-present) and Placer COE
(2014)
Number of graduates: SCOE (135); Shasta (48)
Current cohort: SCOE (43); Shasta (31); Placer (35)
One-year program includes six courses (fieldwork activities, class
presentations, and an end-of-course paper), online instruction (articles,
scenarios, and final statements), and an End-of the-Year Project
Recipient of the Golden Bell Award

Clear Administrative Services Credential Program (CASCP)


Completing third year of operation
Serving the 13 districts in the Sacramento County and Capital Region, as well
as private, parochial and charter schools
Number of graduates: 11
Current number of participants in program: 65
Two-year program is designed around the California Professional Standards
for Educational Leaders (CPSELs)
Requirements for each CPSEL include completion of an Applied Practicum
(Standard focus), 1-2 workshops, four meetings with assigned CASCP coach
Additional requirements include completion of Initial, Mid, and End-of-
Program Assessments, Orientation, a Mid-Program Review, and End-of-
Program Review

Masters in Applied Leadership


In partnership with National University (two-year program)
Completing fourth year of operation
48 graduates (Year 1 10; Year 2 12; Year 3 26); 23 currently in program

Leadership Workshop Series


High-quality professional development produced and delivered (e.g. First
90 Days, Dr. L. Steven Winlock; Cognitive Coaching Series, Linda Bersinger;
Developing and Implementing Arts Integration, Dr. L. Steven Winlock)
