SCOPE - REQUIREMENTS

The purpose of this configuration is to create distribution models and views, you must perform
activities in both the SRM system and R/3 system.
We will start the configuration in the SRM system first:

CONFIGURATION
The following Task was utilized to do this config
1- Goto Transaction Code: BD64
2- Highlight the Model views area and click the button Create model view
3- In the Short Text field, enter SAPQSU100 To SAPQRP100. In the Technical name field, enter
SAPQRP. (leave the start date and end date fields as default) Click Enter.
4- Highlight the SAPQSU100 To SAPQRP100 model view and click the button Add message type.
Enter the following details and click Enter.
Sender: SRM Client for ex. (SAPQSU100)
Receiver: ECC Client for ex. (SAPQRP100)
1- Message Type: MBGMCR
5- Repeat Step 4 for a new message type BBPIV and BBPCO
6- Click the Save button to save the model view and it will be shown as below

7- Highlight the SAPQSU100 To SAPQRP100 model view and go to the menu path Environment
Generate Partner Profiles
8- Verify that the Model View field is filled in with the Technical Name of the Distribution Model (i.e.,
SAPQRP)
9- In the Partner System field, enter the logical system name for both the ECC client and SRM client.
Enter both values as Single field values as depicted in the screenshot below:

10- Make sure the Transfer IDoc immediately and Trigger immediately radio buttons are selected.
11- Click Execute
12- A report should be output stating that the partner profiles have been generated. And keep the screen
shot of that output for reference.
13- Highlight the SAPQSU100 To SAPQRP100 model view and go to the menu path Edit Model
View Distribute
14- A pop-up window will appear. Select the logical system ID of the backend system (ECC) to which the
model will be distributed and click on the green check mark to begin the distribution of the model
from SRM to ECC.

15- Make sure the Transfer IDoc immediately and Trigger immediately radio buttons are selected.
16- Click Execute
17- A report should be output stating that the partner profiles have been distributed. And keep the screen
shot of that output for reference.
