2. The content in the file is returned by the server. The HTTP status code for the first
response is "200 OK" which means that the server fulfilled the request and sent
response back to the browser.

3. The "IF-MODIFIED-SINCE:" is in the second HTTP GET request. The "IF-MODIFIEDSINCE:" header is followed by the day, date and time in GMT.

4. The server responded with "304 Not Modified" status code and phrase. The server
did not send the contents of the file because the file was not modified since the last
cache and file in the cache with Etag is returned to the browser.
