INSIGHT:
School nurse has the responsibility to promote health and
wellness to the students. In order to promote that responsibility
we conducted a health class last Nov. 25, 2014, in three (3)
different classrooms. Our topic was about Womens Rights As a
health promoter, we should deliver our health class in a way that
our topic would easily understand by the students and will learn
a lot from us. During our first health class, we felt anxious, but as
we continue to the other classrooms, we were able to conduct
our health class with confidence, and we were able to insert
humors. We saw a lot of students were interested in our topic
because a lot of questions were raised about our topic. Some of
them asked if there is a law implemented for men. With
confidence, we were able to answer their questions correctly. We
were glad and satisfied that day because we helped a a lot of
students to know what was their rights as a women and what law
should be given as punishment to the people who might violate
their rights.
