Introduction
:
The Arabic language, being the language of the Quran, has
gained a lot of attention from people all around the world since the
revelation of this Great Book. As Allah, High is He, has said:
And indeed, the Qur'an is the revelation of the Lord
of the worlds (192) The Trustworthy Spirit has
brought it down (193) Upon your heart, [O
Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners (194) In a clear Arabic language (195) [26:192-195].
Therefore, understanding the Arabic language is the first
step towards better understanding of the Great Quran and the
Islamic tradition as a whole. The first course in our Arabic
language curriculum is, of course, the Arabic Literacy Course,
which consists of three subjects:
Reading.
Handwriting.
Basic Tajweed.
Al-Qaa'idatun-Nooraniyyah is one of most wide spread texts
used in teaching beginners how to read the Arabic language
worldwide. Whether children or adults, Arab or non-Arab, all will
find these blessed pages an easy, pleasant, and complete text in
teaching the basic Reading of the Arabic language. May Allah High
is He, grant us sincerity, success and forgiveness, indeed He is of
all things capable.
