Introduction:
Stress Management in big c who work in their organization
Stress: Feeling in-comfort in Negative consequences when
there is work overload, Pressure to complete tasks in the
given interval of time.
Managing Stress: How the stress is managed by the
employees and through how their stress is managed or
controlled
Big c: It is a mobile Organization. It has more than 100
branches in AP. `

Stress Management:
Individual approaches:
Employee taking personal responsibility for
reducing stress levels
Time management techniques
Increasing physical exercise
Relaxation training
Expanding social support network

MANAGING OF STRESS IN BIG C:

Employees feel stress towards their work.


Individually they can manage their stress by:
Drinking more water.
Having a cup of Tea.
Walking for some time.
Talking with friends.

ANALYSIS AND FINDINGS:


As per my observation of employees in big c many
employees cannot manage their stress levels.
Some of them cannot manage personal life.
Some cannot manage their stress regarding
profession.
Some cannot manage both personal and
professional life.
Some of them can manage both personal and
professional life.

CONCLUSION:
Finally I want to conclude that managing stress is
easy if they have patience towards their work if not it
is very difficult to manage.
