The Dining Hall Meeting 2/23/15

Meeting: 8:30-9:00

First things first, welcome back from a very relaxing week off. Because of the snow, we
missed out on our commit social, which we will not be making up, sorry guys.
Conference and Catering dont have another available room for this event
Next, we will now be collecting money. We will ask you to come up in sections and
please sign next to your name indicating that you have paid. Thursday at 8:00 in the TDH
office, 001F in the Student O is the absolute last day that Jess will be taking money.
-Commits First Semester is $50.00 due. All of the other semesters is only $10.00 per
semester. The semester that you quit/graduate you do not need to pay.
-If you are a full member, your $10.00 is due today and the same deadline extension is
the same for you also.
-At this time, we will now be accepting any questions any commits or full members have
as people come up to sign.
-Also, Josh Mason will be collecting Gatlinburg money for Cabin 1.
-Announcement for Cabin 2, Kelly Howard & Tyler Risinger.

Now, we return to the matter at hand, the agenda for this week. This is a very busy week.
-Monday: Meeting/Dues/Bowling
-Tuesday: TDH Study Hall (This is an opportunity to get service hours as well. If you
tutor someone, for FREE, during study hall you can get service hours. We will also be
demonstrating & helping log service hours!******IMPORTANT***
-Wednesday: Zumba Night (Anthony)
-Thursday: Twister Tournament in Hoosier Room (NEED FLIERS FOR TABLES!!!)
