Approval of Minutes
The minutes of this meeting have been approved by the Big Four in TDH.

Budget
**$20.00 present from mentors to commits.** DISCUSS!
**We need to discuss a budget regarding the Autograph Dance on April 30th (Thursday). We need to delegate
responsibilities to individual organizations who are co-sponsoring with us. We need to talk to Campus Life for
$100.00 for the Door Decorating Contest that we havent received yet.

Photography Ask Josh if his mother can photograph Commit Ceremony.
Graphic Designer Ask about his source for t-shirts and price. We have numerous requests for shirts. Ask
Anthony for Commit Shirt or were designing one ourselves. Check website for updated Store.

Announcements
Check Calendar in Office, calendar on door, or calendar on website. APRIL EVENTS!!!
Campus Commitment April 1st. 50 ICHIPS for 7 people during LUNCH!
April 15th (Wednesday) Sand Volleyball Sign-up Sheets with your Team.
April 16th (Thursday) Capture the Flag with Kappa Sigma (Sign up on door!) ****LAYOUT WITH POLICE! EDELEN
April 22nd (Wednesday) Cornhole Tournament 8-10 Clock Tower (Sign up on door)

Addressing all mentors & commits. If youve purchased your commits present we need the receipt by
Friday March 24th so that we can refund you up to $20.00. If you do not present a receipt or have proof from
your commit that shell/hell have/get it, then you do not get a refund, no exceptions.
Addressing the Commit Ceremony, the location is still tentative as is the time. Were still waiting on a
confirmation from Campus Life on the location. It will either be in the Ogle Center or the Ampitheater.
