Its summertime again!
In lieu of the forthcoming barangay celebration of our Patron Saint John
Nepomuceno, THE CENTRO PUROK 4 FIESTA COMMITTEE 2014 along with THE AGUMAN
CLUB AND THE BARANGAY/PASTORAL/YOUTH COUNCIL will be holding the annual series
of BASKETBALL/VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE on March 02, 2014 to be held at Tatlong Bata
Basketball Court and some fiesta & Cultural activities such as Mutya ning San
Juan Nepo, SJN Got Talent and Youth Night to be held at San Juan Nepomuceno
Elementary School.
With this regard, We the undersigned would like to request the permission of
your kind office to allow us to make use of the School Stage and Quadrangle and
to borrow the SCHOOL FENCES on or before February 20 May 16, 2014 (if
possible)to ensure the peace and order of the said events.
Rest assured that the signatory for the request shall be held liable for and
agreed that:
We take full responsibility for the maintenance and cleanliness of
the school premises.
We take full responsibility for the maintenance and order of the
said equipment.
To return all equipment and/or materials in good condition after the
activity and
Pay for any damage caused by negligence, mishandling or vandalism.

sport fest a successful one.
