This article is more up to date with how electroplating should be done and
operated. I would consider this an innovation and not an invention. This
was published for a to provide solutions and new methods on how to do
electroplating.
The process of electroplating metals to another metal by placing a metal
in a solution and running a current through it while running a current
through the metal in the solution to cause the metal thats being used in
plating to leave a thin coating on the metal in the electroplating solution.

This article was to explain how a fuel shut off solenoid on small engines
that provided a smoother idling or running engines at light loads.
I would call this an invention because this was created for small
engines and not used for large engines like automobiles.
