INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses MICHAEL SASON O. BASA of the crime of

THEFT, committed as follows, to wit:
That on or about November 22, 2014 at about 6:00 P.M. in the City of
Bacolod, Province of Negros Occidental, within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the said accused, with intent to gain, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously take, steal and carry away the following
personal properties belonging to one, BETHYL JOY P. PORRAS, to wit: I
Phone 6, without the latter's consent and against her will, with a total value
of P46,500.00, Philippine currency
CONTRARY TO LAW.
