A walk-in interview will be held on 10.10.2014 at 01:00 pm at the Centre of Excellence for
Green Energy and Sensor Systems (Downing Hall Central Block) Indian Institute of
Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah -711103, West Bengal, for the
recruitment of ONE Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the SERB-DST (GOI) sponsored
project Development of multilayer TCO for high efficiency thin film solar cell.
Details of qualification:
Junior Research Fellow (01 Position):
Essential Qualifications: M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/VLSI &
Microelectronics Technology/ Electrical Engineering or M.Sc in Physics/Chemistry.
Desirable: 1 year experience in the field of Solar Cells or Semiconductor devices.
Salary: Basic Pay Rs. 18000.00 + 30% HRA of Basic Pay + Medical Allowances Rs. 300.00 =
Total Rs. 23,700.00 per month.
